The ProTec Sidemount Tec is a technical diving special course for those technical divers who want to explore the benefits of sidemount diving. The students will learn how to safely use their sidemount equipment so that they can overcome problematic situations with the right solutions. A usage of at least three scuba cylinders is expected. You will be informed about advantages of sidemount configuration and be more flexible in confined water, for instance during Cave or Wreck diving.
Prerequisites
- Minimum age is 18 years old
- Good diving skills (theoretical and practical), which have to be proven to the instructor
- ProTec 2** Diver certificate or equivalent
- Skills and certification to dive to 40 meters deep
