The ProTec 1* Diver (as well as the ProTec OWD) is a certification course for the first serious step into underwater diving as an autonomous diver.
This is the foundation of every diver that underlines the pyramid of diving knowledge. The students will learn the basic theoretical and practical skills of safety and engrossing of diving.

Prerequisites
- Minimum age is 15 years old
- Very good physical condition as well as good swimming skills
- Medical statement
- ProTec Apnea 1 certificate or equivalent. Alternatively, an appropriate knowledge which needs to be proven before the beginning of the practical exercise
