ProTec Night Diving

To dive at night or in the darkness is very different from diving in daylight. That is why night diving creates completely new sensations of mystery.

The ProTec Night Diving certification course will teach you the specifics of night diving. At night you will concentrate on the details which are not visible during the day dives. The first time you go down into the darkness, you will realize how different compared to the daytime could be the same diving spot at night.

Moreover, you will have the possibility to meet the underwater creatures which are only active after the sun sets. You will learn what is different while night diving, how to get in and out of the water at night, and how to find it back to the starting point of your dive. For example, marking with lamps is one of the broadly used night diving techniques.

During this program, additional attention would be paid to the equipment for night diving and its usage.

ProTec Current & River

Go with the flow, let the current do the main work and sail underwater without extra effort.

The ProTec Current & River program provides you with the knowledge to understand the different elements of your diving environment. Current and River diving requires special techniques and sometimes special equipment too. For divers, it is necessary to be in a good, if not in excellent, physical condition. Moving against the current is very tiring and requires a lot of air. The diver may suddenly find himself in conditions that require demands a high load. In order to deal with such situations, special skills and procedures are needed.

The intention of this course is to introduce you to such underwater situations and help to identify currents at the right time, estimate them and handle the situation correctly.

Moreover, you will be able to learn how to plan and carry out current dives accurately starting from boat or land.

Good diving skills (theoretical and practical) that have to be proven to the instructor
ProTec 1* Diver or ProTec OWD or equivalence certification
ProTec Advanced Navigation program is recommended

ProTec Boat Diving

Boat diving is like getting two birds with one stone: you get the possibility to practice your diving skills and at the same time to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The Intention of ProTec Boat Diving program is to offer you an adequate education about diving from small boats as well as from large vessels. You will get to know the procedures and behaviour on board. Together with your instructor, you will analyze different types of scenarios and situations that may occur. The important point when boat diving is (re-)finding the starting point at the end of each individual dive.

The ProTec Advanced Open Water Diver is a course for divers who have already obtained theoretical and practical knowledge as part of the ProTec 1* Diver or ProTec Open Water Diver program. The ProTec AOWD or ProTec 2** Diver training offers you the opportunity to gain an overview and knowledge of various diving interests and specialities.

With the large selection of speciality courses, you will expand your spectrum and certainly find interesting perspectives.
